This dealership added addendum to my loan application which they refuse to remove. I was at the dealership for 5 hours with my girlfriend so , I guess there intent was to wear this 65 year old , visually impaired disabled man down , so he would miss some things that were added to the loan. Went in to buy a 2020 Mustang in cash. Called prior to making the 5 hour journey to confirm that the wire would go through that day. This dealership absolutely did not meet my expectations. It is a poorly conceived dealership. I was appalled over the setup. The salespersons and customers are configured inside like cattle, where you are expected to share personal information with your salesperson amid a sea of perfect strangers. Worst experience EVER! I bought my 2016 Ford Explorer in May off 2022. One month after purchasing it, it was in the shop. 6 weeks later, back in the shop. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY!! They try to sweet talk you into something that looks nice but they sell crappy cars and then give you so much hassle to get the issues corrected. I got a car and come to find out there was no heat. When I took it to be serviced after only a week they tried to charge me for the part. And even with the new thermostat the issue was not resolved. He’ll make you feel comfortable, show your a bunch of cars and then put you in a terrible situation. Do not shop at NCAM. I tried trading in my car and was told that it has structural body damage listed on the carfax. Cary and NCAM sold me a vehicle knowing it had damage that wouldn’t allow me to trade my car in. The process took 5 hours in all. Yes, I did have trouble with lies that made me change salesmen, but the process is way too long! I was told that I was going to be approved for "any car on the lot". Once approved (3 hours) I was not shown all available vehicles. First car I tested was dirty, had a bad, right turn signal, squishy brakes and out of gas! Found car I wanted. George Saliba was salesman. told me carfax had one small accident. I wired payment to dealer and received paper work to sign. paper work included the carfax which stated the car had 3 accidents and structural damage.
